	History:	William attended Royalton-Hartland School. On February 27, 1960 he married his loving wife, the former Donna Carmer. He was a production worker for the Buffalo Paper Board in Lockport, retiring in 2003. William was a member of the St. Michael's Lutheran Church in Wolcottsville, the Eagles #825 in Lockport, the Jaycees in Lockport and enjoyed hunting, fishing and watching Nascar racing.
	Family:	William was the son of the late Franklin and Florence Wagner. Besides his wife, William is survived by three children- William (Judith), James (Melissa) Bidleman both of Lockport, Mary (Duane) Bundy of SC and the late Nancy Jayne Bidleman; grandfather of nine grandchildren; brother of Franklin (Debbie) Bidleman and Judy Hasley both of Lockport; several nieces and nephews also survive.

	Burial:	A graveside service will be held Wednesday, June 25th at 11AM in the Hunts Corners Cemetery, Clarence, NY. Rev. Alden Snell will officiate.
