Sr. and Stephanie (Flick) Mediak; Beloved husband of the late; Marie Lillian (Ersing) Mediak; dear father of; Bruce, Mick, Greg, Christopher, Zachary, Jason, Linda, Debbie Mediak, Kathleen (Mark) Miller, Lisa (Michael) Duchscherer, Lesley (late Mark) Nickles and Tracey (Richard) Leshney; Grandfather of several grand and great grandchildren; brother of; Christine Keicher, Robert, Thomas, Dan, Mediak and the late Fredrick and Theresa Mediak; several nieces and nephews also survive.
