	History:	Lucille was a graduate of Akron High School, Class of 1933. Mrs. Welsh was a homemaker all of her life. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Akron.
	Family:	She was the daughter of the late Fred and Pearl (Swarts) Rung. Wife of the late Charles Welsh, who died in 1990; dear mother of Michael (Augusta) of Corfu, NY, Timothy (Roxanne) of Tonawanda, NY, Patrick Welsh of Akron, NY and the late Patricia Welsh; grandmother of 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; and sister of the late Harry Rung.
	Viewing info:	The family will receive friends Saturday from 3-5 and 7-9PM in the CHILDS FUNERAL HOME, 10 Eckerson Ave., Akron where funeral services will also be held Sunday at 2:00PM. Chaplain Robert Fink of Hospice Buffalo will officiate.
	Burial:	Burial will be in the Evergreen Lawn Cemetery, Akron.
