	History:	Mrs. Michalak was employed, for many years at the former Sylvania Company in Batavia, NY as an Electrical Board Technician until its closing. She continued her work as an Electrical Board Technician at Mennen Medical in Clarence, NY retiring after several years of employment.   Irene was a faithful member of St. Teresa’s RC Church in Akron. She enjoyed playing bingo, shopping, entertaining and have people stop to visit and talk with her. She was, known for her great sense of humor. Mrs. Michalak was, known for her unselfishness.   Always giving of herself and sometimes going without things, she needed. She was most thankful for her faith her children grandchildren and friends.
	Family:	Daughter of the late Bronislaus and Victoria (Twardowska) Moscicki; Loving mother of; Marcia Michalak of Batavia, Ronald (Barbara) Michalak of Folsom, California, Debbie (Paul) Rich of Medina and Kenneth Michalak of Buffalo, NY. Proud grandmother of 6 grandchildren.; dear sister of Genevieve Walker, Rose Jacques ; and the late Gladys Konieczka, Ann Feary, Henry, Joseph, Edward, Alfred and Raymond Moscicki. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews; sister in law of Irene Michalak.
	Viewing info:	A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Saturday at 10 AM in St. Teresa’s RC Church, Akron. Family will receive family and friends on Friday from 4-8 PM in the CHILDS FUNERAL HOME 10 Eckerson Ave. Akron.
