	History:	He was the son of the late Lynford and Bertha (Klawer) Owen. Glenn was a graduate of Akron High School class of 1945. He went onto serve in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. Glenn was employed by the former, Westinghouse Company in Cheektowaga, NY for 39 years in the large motor department before he retired. His lifetime passion was farming raising beef cattle and crops. Through out the years many people stopped at his roadside stand at his home purchasing the many crops he grew. He was still operating the stand until his death.
	Family:	Dear father of Thomas (Cheryl) Owen & James Owen of Akron, and Jack Owen, of Tampa, Florida. He was the grandfather of Tammy (Aaron) Colletti of Rochester and Sarah Owen of Akron. Glenn was pre deceased by his wife Norma J. (Herman) Owen whom he married June 29, 1956.
	Viewing info:	Family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4 to 8 PM in the CHILDS FUNERAL HOME 10 Eckerson Ave., Akron. Funeral service will be held Thursday at 11AM in the Clarence Presbyterian Church, 9675 Main Street Clarence, New York. Rev. Doctor Gregory Hall pastor will officiate.
	Burial:	Burial will be in Evergreen Lawn Cemetery, Akron.
	Memorials:	Expressions of sympathy in Glenn’s memory to the Clarence Presbyterian Church would be appreciated.
