	History:	Genevieve was the daughter of the late Henry and Anna (Palmer) Chenez. She enjoyed being a homemaker and caring for her family. She was a member of St. Michael's Lutheran Church in Wolcottsville.
	Family:	Genevive was married to her husband Robert C. Sr. Mietz on January 15th 1948 who passed away on January 17th 2004. Loving mother of Dennis (Lynn) of St. Petersburg Florida, Robert (Lorene) of Lockport, David (Laura) of Akron, and Michele (Vincent “Jim”) Morabito of Clarence, and dear grandmother of 10 grandchildren. Sister of Joan C. (Dick) Barrell of Newfane, Raymond (Betty Mae) of Florida and Jean Sullivan of Newfane. Also the late Henrietta Loffler, Elizabeth Goodenough, Maryellen Carmer, Virginia Ruselvan, Bernadette Chenez, Veronica Sharpsteen, Henry Jr., Edward, Louis and Desiree Chenez.Several nieces and nephews also survive.
	Viewing info:	Funeral services will be held on Tuesday October 20th 2009 at 11:00 a.m. At St. Michael's Lutheran Church, 6379 Wolcottsville Road, Wolcottsville. Family will receive friends Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the CHILDS FUNERAL HOME 10 Eckerson Ave., AKRON, N.Y.
	Burial:	Burial will be in St. Michael's Cemetery.
