History:
  He was an Akron Central School graduate, class of 1933. Mr. Bordonaro was a Veteran, serving as a United States Army Officer during World War II. He then began his career with Ford Motor Co. at their Buffalo Stamping Plant soon after the war ended. Frank then went on to work as a Supervisor for Ford in Trenton, MI, retiring in 1978. While enjoying his later years in Florida, Frank became an avid golfer, before returning to Western New York.
Family:
  Frank was the son of the late Joseph and Francis (Mazza) Bordonaro. Surviving him is his loving wife of 64 years, Geraldine (Brotherston) Bordonaro, of whom he married in 1943; one son Donald T. (Caroline) Bordonaro of VA; two daughters Charlene (Thomas) Valletta of PleasantView, UT and Phyllis (Dennis) Sano of Goodrich, MI; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; one brother Sebastian "Yono" (Fran) Bordonaro of Akron, NY; two sisters Pamela Artieri and Sarah Malini both of Lockport, NY; he is predeceased by two brothers Michael and Samuel Bordonaro and one sister Ida Clementi.
Viewing info:
  The family will receive friends on Sunday, Jan. 27th from 3-7 PM in the CHILDS FUNERAL HOME, 10 Eckerson Ave. Akron, where the funeral service will also be held, Monday at 10 AM. Father Richard Bordonaro will officiate
Burial:
  Burial will be in the St. Teresa's Cemetery in Akron.
