Age 14 Place of Birth: Amherst, New York Place of Passing: Millard Fillmore Hospital Amherst, New York Resided in: Akron, New YorkHistory: Born November 4, 1994 in Amherst, NY, Emily was the cherished daughter of Dwayne and Annette (Zmuda) Adamczak. She was a student at Akron Central High School and was just finishing her Freshman year. Along with her family, she was a member of the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church of South Newstead in Akron. Emily was involved in Junior Varsity Swimming, Volleyball and Track and Field at Akron Central and played Soccer in the Akron Soccer Leagues for many years. In her spare time she enjoyed reading and writing and music. Emily was very well liked in her community and school and will be missed dearly. She will be remembered for her high energy, outgoing personality, great sense of humor and always speaking up when she saw injustice. A testament to her great personality, Emily had recently donated her hair to Locks of Love.Family: Besides her parents, Emily is survived by her two sisters and her one brother- Jessie, David and Shelby Adamczak; proud grandparents- David and Judy Adamczak of Alden, NY and Rosemary and the late Daniel Zmuda of Charleston, SC; great-grandmother Jessie Osgood of Castile, NY; she is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.Viewing info: The family will receive friends Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM in the CHILDS FUNERAL HOME, 10 Eckerson Ave., Akron. Her funeral service will be held Saturday at 11:00 AM in the Akron Central School Auditorium, 47 Bloomingdale Rd., Akron.Burial: Mt.
