	Place of Passing:	At his residence following a brief illness.
	Resided in:	Akron, NY
	History:	He was the son of the late Joseph and Margaret Klein. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served his country during World War II.   Mr. Klein was a mechanic for the New York Telephone Company in Buffalo, NY, retiring after 27 years of employment. He was also the proprietor of Klein's Motel in Akron for several years. A long time member of our Lady of Peace RC Church in Clarence, he served as an usher for over 30 years.
	Family:	Survivors include three children Diane (David R.) Stackhouse of Elba NY, Jane (Michael T.) Riggs of Batavia, NY and Daniel (Barbara) Klein of Akron NY; 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Mr. Klein is predeceased by his wife Dorothy (Valentine) Klein who died in 2001; two brothers Joseph and Albert; and four sisters Anna, Hildegard, Margaret and Loretta.
	Viewing info:	A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 am Saturday in Our Lady of Peace RC Church Clarence. Family will receive friends on Friday from 4-8 PM in the CHILDS FUNERAL HOME 10 Eckerson Ave. Akron.
	Burial:	Burial will be in the Clarence Fillmore Cemetery.
	Memorials:	Memorial in Mr. Klien's memory may be made to the charity of ones choice.
